How to be an Exhibitor

1. Fill the Application Form and submit it through our event website or email to cuijingjing@ccpitchem.org.cn;

2. Receive the Booth Confirmation Letter from the organizer (either by email or fax);

3. Advance payment of 50% booth fee within 1 week since the arrival of the booth Confirmation Letter;

4. On-line submit relevant materials and/or company profile as required by means of username and code provided by organizer;

5. Complete the spare money of booth fee prior to June.5, 2024;

6. Prepare exhibit materials and dissemination wall map;

7. Arrive in time at the field service window for registration.

Services Provided by the Organizer

★ Help exhibitors get the exhibit permission from Chinese government;

★ Organize a series of outreach and dissemination activities before the show;

★Organize and invite highly related visitors;

★ Arrange business talk for exhibitors and users;

★ Provide exhibitors with various dissemination materials including Entrance Tickets, Spreadtrum, Chest Card (4 free cards for 1 standard booth), Catalogue/Directory and Exhibitors Guide for free;

★ Place exhibitors profile for free on Event Catalogue/Directory;  

★ link exhibitors for free to event website for 1 year at www.chinaadhesive2000.com;

★ Provide exhibitors for free with visitors statistical report (e-version);

★ Assist exhibitors in arranging booth design, exhibits transport, visa letters and accommodation;

★ Public security and cleaning services.

Booth Fee

◆ Raw Space Stand (Minimum: 27 sq.m.)

Area A ：$330 per sq.m.

Area B ：$180 per sq.m.

Note: The raw exhibit space is provided without any furniture and carpet.

◆ Shell Scheme Stand(Minimum: 9 sq.m.)

Area A ：$3420 per 9 sq.m

Area B ：$1890 per 9 sq.m

Note: Shell Scheme Stand Package includes stand-fittings, comprising partitioned walls, carpet, fascia board, basic lighting, electrical socket, information counter, and folding chairs.

☆ Corner Fee ：$150 (Only for Shell Scheme Stand)
